One-to-one personal training is not for everyone. At Dedicated Fitness we also offer small group personal training (SGPT) in addition to group exercises classes. This is even more accessible, especially in today’s economic climate. Up to a maximum of 5 people, this is an excellent option for groups of friends or families looking to work on shared general health and fitness goals, and motivate each other to smash these goals.
