At Dedicated Fitness, we run a variety of group classes every week, including Lift, HIIT, HYROX, and Yoga. Each class is designed to complement the others, helping you build a balanced routine that fits your goals, interests, and lifestyle. Our trainers make sure everyone feels welcome whatever your age, ability, or experience. With flexible options like class passes, PAYG, or combining classes with personal training, it’s easy to find what works best for you.

Group Classes

These group classes are a great chance to work out with your friends, as well as offering a fun way to get fit and stay active.  These sessions are open to anyone, regardless of your ability!
