Dedicated Fitness offers you a tailored and unique twist on personal training, whether your preference is one to one or group exercise classes. If you are determined to work hard to transform your body or to smash your goals, Dedicated Fitness is the place for you. With a private studio and a range of equipment, regardless of your confidence and fitness levels, we ensure all clients feel comfortable when achieving their goals, whilst having fun.

Founder & Head Personal Trainer

I created Dedicated Fitness in 2017. With my passion for fitness and infectious personality, I kick started my mission to bring a fun and affordable fitness service to our local communities. Overcoming my own insecurities with fitness means I understand first-hand some of the common obstacles people face in reaching and maintaining their fitness goals. We look forward to meeting you soon!

I have a Sport and Exercise Science degree from the University of Bath and compete in Hyrox, with over 10 races including 2 World Championships. My coaching blends science-based training with variety and enjoyment, helping people stay injury-free and make real progress, whatever their starting point.

The gym is certainly my happy place! I always try to challenge myself and have completed several tough-mudders and a half marathon. At Dedicated Fitness I’ve helped many clients to reach their goals. From weight loss, weight gain, more confidence, complete a 5km run or to gain that 1% over the competition.

I’m a Sports Masseuse and Personal Trainer at Dedicated Fitness with a degree in Sports Therapy & Rehabilitation from Canterbury Christ Church University. Former Portsmouth Youth FC player who discovered a passion for the gym, gaining 20 kg naturally over three years. Now helps clients achieve goals in weight loss, muscle gain, mobility, strength, and confidence, with a focus on consistency, smart training, and mindset.

I’ve been part of the DF community for years, and after completing my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, I’m excited to return with a fresh perspective. My yoga journey started over 7 years ago with Hatha yoga and has grown into a passion for movement, breath, and mindfulness. I enjoy leading dynamic Vinyasa flow classes and soon adding restorative Hatha sessions, always in an inclusive and supportive style.
