Dedicated Fitness offers you a tailored and unique twist on personal training, whether your preference is one to one or group exercise classes. If you are determined to work hard to transform your body or to smash your goals, Dedicated Fitness is the place for you. With a private studio and a range of equipment, regardless of your confidence and fitness levels, we ensure all clients feel comfortable when achieving their goals, whilst having fun.

Founder & Head Personal Trainer

In December 2015, I started as a gym instructor at Energique Health Club and Spa. Once gaining enough experience and knowledge throughout my time there I left in September 2017 with the vision of starting up my own business. A month later, Dedicated Fitness began and I moved into my first studio. Since then, the business has been expanding allowing me to upgrade to a bigger studio in January 2019, with more space for my clients and my equipment.

Active IQ Level 2 gym instructor  

Level 1 and Level 2 Vibe cycle 

Active IQ Level 2 Award in Instructing Kettlebells

Active IQ Level 2 Award in Instructing Circuit Sessions

Active IQ Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing (QCF) GYM

Active IQ Level 3 Award in Nutrition for Exercise and Health

Active IQ Level 3 Diploma in Fitness Instructing and Personal Training 

Caz

Yoga Teacher

Hi I am Caz, I have been doing Hatha yoga for over 20 years and teaching for the past 18 months. My style is more about holding postures and breathing into the stretch however I can and do adapt my sessions according to my clients. 

My sessions are suitable for absolute beginners and upwards. 
 
I am passionate about the benefits of yoga and hope to see you at a session soon!

Aaron

PERSONAL TRAINER

Aaron has been working in the leisure and fitness industry for the last 10 years and along the way helping to encourage people to reach their goals and to stay motivated. He has an absolute passion for health and fitness himself and enjoys weight training, running & playing football.
